Employment

The U.A.E. has developed a distinctive legitimate context for employment relations, which protects the interest and rights of both employers and employees. In order to comply with the international labor standards and create enhanced lawful structure for employment relations, the relevant authorities of the country regularly enact new laws and regulations related to the subject.



 

However, frequent changes and limited availability of labor laws and regulations make certain individuals unaware of their lawful rights and obligations which resulted in mistaken and sometimes unlawful employment correlations.

We are providing advise on procedures of manpower recruitment locally and abroad, obtaining work permits, compliance with the Wage Protection System, cancellation of work permits, calculation and settlement of end of service benefits, termination of employment and cancellation of work permits and visas.
